Certified Enterprise Agility Basic Practitioner (EN)
This course provides the change professional with a global understanding of the new reality and how to deal with it in the company.
This course prepares leaders, change consultants and Agile Coaches with the basics of Enterprise Agility, and with a comprehensive understanding of the new business landscape and strategies for navigating uncertainty and market disruptions.
It explores how to increase the flexibility not only of teams but of the entire organization. Upon completion of this course, you will have the initial knowledge to drive real and sustainable change and build truly adaptive organizations that can cope with constant change.
The training will be held in English and online.

It will be conducted by Erich R. Bühler, author of Leading Exponential Change and Enterprise Agility Fundamentals. The course fee also includes the exam to become a Certified Enterprise Agility Basic Practitioner. All proceeds will go towards the Enterprise Agility World Conference 2023.
