Course Details

Session 1: Strategic Fundamentals and New Ways of Thinking (1 hour 50 minutes)
Objective: To provide participants with a new lens to strategically analyze unstable environments and visualize invisible opportunities.
1. The new business reality: disruption, tariffs, and quick decisions in constant and exponential waves
2. Introduction to the TriValue Company Model and its impact on strategy and communication
    - Value for the customer
    - Value for the company
    - Value for the workforce wellbeing
3. How the TriValue Model changes the questions we ask and the decisions we make
4. Introduction to Business Intelligence Mindmaps
5. Anatomy of the map: nodes, colors, value zones  Connections: support, influence, tension
6. First look at a real map of the automotive industry.

Session 2: Strategic Simulation and Wardley Maps balanced with TVC (1h 50 mins) 
Objective: Develop strategic visual thinking by combining intelligence maps and evolution maps.  
1. Real case: automotive industry affected by international tariffs
2. Collective creation of a Business Intelligence Mindmap for the situation
3. Sensing risks, opportunities, unexplored areas, and biases
4. TriValue assessment of each node
5. Introduction to Wardley Maps:  Components, evolution axis, visibility, and context
6. Connection with Business Intelligence Mindmaps
7. Construction of a Wardley Map of the same case
      - Location of elements
      - Expected evolution and movement strategy
      - How the two maps complement each other to make high-impact decisions

Session 3: Strategic Mastery and Professional Application (1 hour)
Objective: Consolidate the professional use of maps and prepare participants for their application with executives.
1. Cross-analysis of both maps: strategic decision-making from a technical and human perspective
2. Group discussion: thought patterns, blind spots, and strategic leadership
3. Practical tools to facilitate executive conversations with maps
4. Short application cases: planning, crisis, digital transformation using both maps and the TriValue Company model
5. Final evaluation, test, and certification

The course requires you to work 4 hours during the week with one of your colleagues.
